- Real customer accounts: Only customers who have actually purchased a product are authorized to leave a review. This requires a customer account with their real name, address and a valid e-mail address. A product review will only be published after the customer account has been verified.
- E-mail verification through double opt-in: After creating a customer account, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. This procedure ensures that the email address provided is valid and actually belongs to you.
